About the role
You’ll join a tight design team that treats interaction craft as a first-class engineering concern. Our work spans banking dashboards, hospital operations systems and industrial control interfaces — high-stakes surfaces where clarity is not optional. Expect close collaboration with product managers, engineers and client teams.
What you'll do
- Lead UX for one flagship enterprise product from discovery through delivery.
- Run user research, synthesize findings and turn them into shipped interfaces.
- Own and evolve the design system in Figma; partner with front-end engineers on tokens and components.
- Coach junior designers and raise the craft bar across the studio.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years designing complex enterprise or B2B software (not marketing sites).
- A portfolio that shows systems thinking — components, patterns, states — not just polished screens.
- Fluency in Figma, prototyping tools and modern design-system practice.
- Ability to defend design decisions with research, data and business context.
Nice to have
- Front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS, React) enough to pair with engineers.
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) in regulated products.
- Motion / interaction design skills.
